For MET Slovakia a.s., which is a subsidiary of the Swiss holding MET AG, we have upgraded the FLEXI IT solution with systematic developments, which greatly automate and accelerate the work and customer service in the energy sector.
We have extended the FLEXI IT version 2020 mainly to include bulk generation of advances and payment calendars, integration of FLEXI IT with MS NAV through WEB Services and automation of customer service processes, where we have developed mainly modules Kmenová data (Master Data), Fakturace (Billing), Tisky (Prints) and Importní mechanismy (Import Mechanisms).
We have been implementing our FLEXI IT solution for traders, alternative suppliers and energy distributors for over 19 years. Thanks to many years of experience on the energy market, we have newly harmonized the whole D3Energy product. D3Energy is a complex information system for the comprehensive customer service in the energy sector. The solution consists of separate modules, which are interconnected in process and can thus form one complex unit in the field of energy.
